About Us

My name is Becki Isbell, owner of Elevate Safety Solutions LLC.  Having 10+ years in the water utility industry as a trainer and safety professional, my passion for both safety and training led to the decision to start my own company to share the knowledge and passion I have to help companies of all sizes keep their employees safe.

Over the years working in the utility sector, I have made a lot of friends who work the front lines.   I understand the hazards and the challenges they face on a daily basis from the inherent safety risks of the job itself, to the public, and the environment.  In addition, utilizing my experience and education as a secondary teacher I can develop thorough training content utilizing a variety of learning techniques and assessment strategies based on your companies unique needs.

As a wife and mother whose husband works as a front line worker, my biggest fear is getting a call there has been incident or he has been hurt.  I channel that fear and work to educate as many employees as I can on the ways they can be safe in the field or in production facilities to make it home safely to their family and friends.
